From a young age, I've been obsessed with reading. Books had a captivating quality I couldn't overcome; not that I wanted to. I fell in love with the way words were able to create an entirely different reality so I crafted my own writing style, dabbling in poetry, lyrics, and short stories. Upon entering college, it was obvious which path I would choose: English. What better way to spend four years than reading and learning from the authors that inspired me from the start? From organization-related editorial positions to peer-led writing workshops, I was able to build and strengthen my relationship with words. Since graduating I've chosen to use my skills as a copywriter to be the necessary medium between formulating ideas and achieving goals.
